"DREAM HOUSES" One floor, arched, mountable houses from 16-100 m2 built area with universal purpose for living, villas, kiosks, bungalows, garages, warehouses, sheds. They are produced from hard metal construction and OSB, and are filled with the most ecological and heat insulated material - foam polystyrene concrete by German technology "EDAMA". They are mountable (for two days), they do not require any special flooring or ground and fundaments, because of the extraordinarily light weight of the  foam polystyrene concrete - 300 kg/m3, they do not need construction permissions, but only a permission for assembling. Internal alignment could be absolutely flexible and by the willingness of the Employer, who can order semi finished of lower prices materials and to equip them with windows, kitchen and bathroom-WC. Prices are 180 € / m2 for the rough and 280 € / m2 of finished product. mounted from three types of elements - "entrance", "middle" and "final", please see attached scheme and cuts. Separately, they are constructed and angular elements, which are individual for each project and allow bending of the houses in all kind of forms, according to the sizes of the plot. There are 53 schemes for mounting for a different areas and endless number and variations for bending with angular elements, and also internal alignment and e quipment by individual project, which provides unique character of each house. The internal alignment and equipment are designed by our architect and is free of charge for the Employer, and is based on specific materials, furniture and equipment. "DAY VAR" Ltd. has all the necessary certificates, Bulgarian technical aprovals, t echnical passports, health evaluations, etc. The houses are formed as a big animals or buses. The upper lighting is from p olycarbonate glass 600/105/1.0 cm. Outside are covered with colored rubber- "IZOMRAZ", and inside with OSB. They do not rot, do not form condensation, they withstand of wind and snow, and allow if necessary to be divide on separated elements and move to another place. The assembly does not required new floors or grounds and it will not break the existing pavement and pavements.
